Mark has spent his career working for several high-growth technology companies, most recently as the Vice President of North America for Degreed, where the last seven years were focused on helping the business grow from less than $1M in ACV to the largest learning experience platform in the industry with more than 300 enterprise clients.
Additional sales experiences included Vivint, where Mark built and managed several high-performing direct sales teams, CLEARLINK, where he ran an internal accelerator program, managed a $20 million P&L and grew the B2B internet marketing company 50% year over year, and Allen Communications, where he designed and sold a variety of complex learning content and portal solutions to the largest organizations in the world.
Mark resides in Utah with his wife and four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching baseball and football and attending dance and cheer competitions. Mark graduated from Brigham Young University with a double major in Political Science and Russian.
