Chaya Rao is Director of Training Development at Tanium. She has 20+ years of experience in Technical Training with a strong passion towards hands-on & visual learning. Chaya has been a classroom trainer, curriculum developer, lab designer and training mentor prior to taking on Leadership roles in companies such as Oracle, TIBCO & Siemens. In the past decade, Chaya has undertaken several projects and looked for methods to reduce & replace text base content with demos, labs, videos, animation, and other visual & interactive elements. While on sabbatical, Chaya made an 8-part documentary series on food & travel. She has also made 100+ short videos related to food, travel & music.

She has been actively involved in the learning space for 15 years, leading marketing and communications efforts in both corporate and startup capacities, especially thriving in high-growth SaaS environments.

When Sarah is not developing new content, she can be found experimenting with new recipes, getting involved in a local nonprofit or walking her two pitbulls at the base of the Rockies in Boulder, CO.
