This test measures the most common factors that can impact connection quality to lab environments and works in all modern browsers with no need for additional plugins.
The region closest to you is automatically selected, though if you have a lab instance in another location you should change the server to obtain accurate results using the dropdown at the bottom of the test.
To see which region your lab instance is located, click the Help tab in the lab interface. Corresponding datacenters to servers can be seen in the table below.

Reading your results
The output from the test covers download speed, upload speed, latency and jitter. The table below describes expected quality for each range of results. Please note that download and upload speed for in-person class environments are per student.
