Chief Operations & Product Officer

Danny Abdo is the Chief Operations & Product Officer at Skillable, where he leads operations and product strategy to drive sustained product momentum, scalable innovation and customer impact. Under his guidance, Skillable has delivered record lab usage, broadened strategic partnerships and accelerated the evolution of the platform – advancing performance-based validation, deepening integrations across skill tech ecosystems, introducing AI-driven lab creation tools and enhancing analytics that provide richer insight into skill outcomes. 

Prior to Skillable, Danny served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Solutions at Degreed, where he led strategy and enterprise learning technology solutions for global customers. He also spent four years as Senior Vice President in Bank of America’s Global Learning organization, overseeing vendor strategy, employee experience and product management for learning. Earlier in his career, he co-founded a global workforce performance consulting firm and led large-scale HR and technology initiatives for Fortune 500 companies at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. 

Danny is known for his ability to bridge strategic vision with operational execution, building teams and products that scale with customer needs. Outside of work, you can find him on a motocross racetrack or riding a wave on the ocean with his wife, two boys and their pup, Chili.
