Chief Financial Officer

Ken Talanian joined Skillable as our Chief Financial Officer in January 2024 and adds even more SaaS-industry vision and expertise to our executive leadership team.

Ken most recently served as the Senior Vice President of FP&A and Investor Relations at KnowBe4, a leader in the security awareness training space. In this role, he successfully led KnowBe4’s initial public offering and later its sale to Vista Equity Partners. Prior to his career at KnowBe4, he spent over a decade as an equity research analyst focused on the software sector at Evercore ISI and J.P. Morgan.

Ken graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2006 with a BSBA in Finance and Management. When he’s not crunching numbers, Ken can be found exploring the Tampa Bay area with his wife, two young daughters and the family dog—a Shih Tzu/toy poodle mix.
