Metrics That Matter (MTM) Survey Surfacing
As of March 5, 2025, Skillable is proud to offer the ability for Training Service Partners to display Metrics That Matter survey links directly to learners on their enrollment page and provide reporting on your learners’ interactions with these links! Instructors and Operation Managers can see which individuals in a class have utilized the Metrics That Matter survey links.
Surfacing surveys to learners requires setting your organization’s Location ID and the Microsoft Campaign code in your Organizations preference tab in the TMS.
Skillable supports two options for providing Metrics That Matter surveys to leaners.
- If your Organization utilizes a single survey link for every class, you can enter it on your Organization’s preference page.
- If your organization utilizes class specific surveys, you can add the survey during or after class creation to the MTM Survey Link field that surfaces after adding a Microsoft Official Curriculum course to the class creation page.

When setup correctly, the learner will see the link surface on their enrollment page 8 hours before the class’s scheduled end date and time:
To view usage status by learner, navigate to the class page and select the Roster option from the middle navigation Ribbon:
The Roster page will identify which individuals have interacted with the buttons. If it doest not appear by default you can use the output filters to surface it:

Skillable is proud to offer reporting on your learners’ interactions with our Microsoft Learn Integration! Instructors and Operation Managers can now see which individuals in a class have utilized the Microsoft Learn Courseware and Microsoft Achievement Code buttons!
To view this status, navigate to the class page and select the Roster option from the middle navigation Ribbon:
The Roster page will identify which individuals have interacted with the buttons:
In addition, Operations Managers can use the Find Enrollment search in Skillable TMS to view their reporting on their learners’ Microsoft Learn utilization. Simply add the following outputs to the search: Used Microsoft Learn Achievement Code and Used Microsoft Learn Courseware Link and Operations Managers can view all interactions with the Microsoft Learn Courseware and Achievement Code buttons:
Operations Managers can also view each learners’ status at a glance:
Finally, use the Find Class search in Skillable TMS to filter to classes using specific Achievement Code(s) and/or add the output option Achievement Code to display the code for each class to ensure classes are coded properly:
Direct links and achievement codes

Learning Partners able to display direct links to the Microsoft Learn Courseware and Achievement Codes to your learners on their enrollment page, as shown below.
These links will include the correct formatting and information as determined by Microsoft to provide your students with direct access to Microsoft Learn and enable your organization to drive needed KPIs.
ACTION REQUIRED TO ENABLE THESE FEATURES

To enable these features for your learners, please have an Operations Manager navigate to your Organizations page in the Skillable TMS, select Edit and select the Preferences Tab.
Under the Business Settings section, please fill in your organization’s Learning Partner Location ID and Microsoft Campaign Code in the fields highlighted below:
Achievement codes
To display the Achievement Code button for each of your training events, navigate to the class creation page, select the desired Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) course and then enter the Microsoft-provided Achievement Code URL into the Achievement Code URL section in the field highlighted below.
This only needs to be the Root URL and should not contain your Campaign Code or Microsoft Partner Location ID as our system will automatically add that one for you.
We recommend having one Achievement Code for each class.
